About Pind Daan

The practice of presenting food, water, and prayers to one’s ancestors or recently deceased loved ones is known as Pind Daan. A lump of rice and barley flour is known as a “pind”, which during the pind daan karma, is offered to the deceased.

Importance of Pind Daan
